Replacement / Return Policy / Refund Policy
All users of our portal who purchase medications are urged to read the return/ replacement and refund policy once. They’ll get a sense of some of the policies we’ve focused on for our portal thanks to this. Additionally, this can help us and the customer later on by preventing confusion and harassment.
In case of Return/ Replacement:
In any case, if the customer receives a dispatched order and discovers that the products has been damaged or tampered with, they must notify the company within 7 days of receiving the package.
After validating everything, we will set up a reshipment and pickup of the damaged items if you file a refund request or return order within 7 days of receiving the shipment
After 7 days of receiving the order, no requests for returns or refunds are accepted.
In case of Order Cancellation/ Refund:
For any reasons, if you want to opt for cancellation/ refund after placing the order, this is totally fine with us. We work as per our customer requirements and priorities. We would process the 100% refund of order value if the ship is not dispatched from our premises. We have track record of dispatching the order on same day but in some cases, It takes maximum 1-2 days for us to dispatch your order once you place the order with us. This is mainly on account of special requests from our customers like special packaging etc.
You can file the refund on the website mentioning you name and order details and the entire process is online. So shop without worrying about returns and refund.

- Tentative Process time – 7-8 days from the day of filing the cancellation/ refund
Important points to note:
Return/ Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of order delivery.
Order Cancellations is subject to products not dispatched from our premises.
For damaged / defective items received, we will send replacement products, but will not cancel the order or issue a bank refund.
On some pin codes, our return pickup service might not be available. In such cases, we will request you to courier us back the product. Reimbursement for the same will be initiated after receipt of the products. Timely information will be shared with you from our email address for the receipt of products and initiation of refunds.
Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Products purchased during SALE are not eligible for Return/Exchange.
