Interaction with drugs Taking Cipmox with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine (Oral Route) Severe Amoxycillin may reduce the efficacy of Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine. Do not consume Purified Vi Polysaccharide Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine with Amoxycillin. If Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine is essential, ensure a gap of At least 3 days after discontinuing Amoxycillin. Please consult your doctor. Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) (Oral Route) Severe Amoxycillin may reduce the efficacy of Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated). Do not consume Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) two weeks before and at least 10 days after consuming Amoxycillin. Please consult your doctor. Mycophenolate mofetil (Oral Route) Moderate Amoxycillin may raise blood levels of Mycophenolate mofetil.
